TROUBLE REASON

SOLVE METHODS
1. Can't start the machine and
machine can't operate.
1. Main power didn't input.
2. Power plug didn't insert.
3. Fuseless switch jumped off.
1. Input local three phase power.
2. Insert the power plug.
3. Turn the fuseless switch to
the "on" position.
2. Can start the machine and the key board can operate but three axes
can't move.
1. Emergency switch had trouble, emergent signal couldn't relieve.
2. Pressed the second limit protecting switch.
3. DC24V3A protecting switch jumped off.
1. Change the emergency switch.
2. Close the power, and use hand turn the axis to leave the second limit protecting switch.
3. Press 3A protecting switch.
3. The key board can't operate.
1. The key board wire didn't contact well or fell off.
2. The key board electric board
EKB01 had trouble.
3. The computer program was
not complete.
1. Renew to insert the key board wire.
2. Change the key board eclectic
board EKB01.
3. Renew to copy the computer program.
4. When three axes move to every axis limit, always contact the second limit and can't act.
1. The distance of the first limit switch and the second limit switch was too close.
1. Make the distance of the first limit switch and the second limit switch longer.
5. There are fast clash phase when move the three axes.
1. Servo board ESV01 had trouble
2. Servo motor's signal response wire didn' contact well or fell off.
3. Servo motor had trouble.
4. Translate code board (EXE01) had trouble.
1. Change Servo board ESV01.
2. Renew to connect signal response wire.
3. Change Servo motor.
4. Change translate code board(EXE01)
6. Side seeking or center seeking interrupt, display servo stop message.
1. Electrode or workpiece was not clean.
1. Clean the electrode of workpiece surface.
7. Machining data can not save and load.
1. Disk drive or disk had trouble.
2. Program saved too much.
1.Change Disk drive of disk.
2. Delete the excessive program.
8. Can start and operate machine but screen can't display.
1. Screen signal wire or power wire didn't contact well or fell off.
2. Panel screen power switch had trouble.
3.Screen had trouble.
1. Renew to connect signal wire or power wire.
2.Change power switch.
3.Change Screen.
9. After start machine, the fireproof siren noise all the time. Whatever under the detection status or not.
1. Extinguisher downward black box internal switch open circuit.
2. The infrared rays detector had trouble.
3. Out environment light reflect.
1. Adjust the black box's angle degree and make switch contact short circuit.
2. Change the infrared rays detector.
3. Avoid reflecting light.
10. After start machine side contact siren noise all the time but the electrode and work piece don't contact.
1. The electrode clamp insulation piece broke or dirty.
2. Plus/ minus exchange relay action was not correct or got dust.
3. DC24V3A protecting switch jumped off.
1. Change insulation piece or clean clamp.
2. Change or clean relay.
3. Press return protecting switch.
11. Spark contract tool.
1. Plus/minus exchange relay action was not correct or got dust.
2. EPG 01 signal board had trouble.
3. Transistor board signal wire didn't contact well or fell off.
4. The electrode clamp insulation piece broke or dirty.
1. Change or clean relay.
2. Change EPG01 signal board.
3. Renew to connect signal wire.
4. Change insulation piece or clean clamp.
12. Door seam leak oil too much.
1. The sponge strip didn't install well or dirty.
1. Renew to install the sponge strip or change new sponge strip.
13. When feeding oil, the
electromagntism switch has noise.
1. Electromagntism switch internal got iron dust or had trouble.
1. Open the electromagntism switch, clean internal iron dust or change new one.
14. Spark current isn't correct.
1. ETB logical board had bug.
2. The relay of transistor board had trouble.
1. Change EIB logical board.
2.Change relay.
