The Z-axis features 14 m/min high-speed jumping to reduce machining time and minimize carbon buildup. The built-in 3rd-generation intelligent expert system automatically selects machining conditions for various applications—no manual programming required.

Machine Performance and Efficiency

NEUAR 3-Axis Column-Moving High-Speed EDM Machine equipped with HEIDENHAIN linear scale to ensure long-term machining accuracy within 5 μm. The upgraded AE II discharge system incorporates advanced high-speed motion control algorithms to enhance debris removal and maintain a stable discharge gap. The Z-axis jump speed reaches 14 m/min, reducing machining time without spindle drop over long use.

This series also built in 3rd generation intelligent EXPERT SYSTEM, which includes a database of over 1,000 machining parameters for various materials and workpiece shapes, enabling easy one-key operation. Users simply input the target depth, electrode undersize, and target roughness, and the system automatically generates the machining program, eliminating the need for complex setup. Even beginners can quickly create sophisticated machining programs, saving setup time.

  • High-Speed Finishing Circuit: Optimized EDM conditions reduce finishing time while achieving finer surfaces on larger areas.
  • Large-Area Finishing Circuit: Uniform surface roughness with no carbon residue or black spots. The flatness reaches within 5μm.
