It delivers enhanced efficiency and precision for automotive mold production, meeting the industry’s high standards for mold accuracy and stability.

Equipped with a stand-alone self-circulating filtration system, it efficiently removes heavy carbon debris generated during roughing on large molds. The new filtration system improves carbon removal, reduces clogging, which extends filter lifespan —significantly lowering maintenance costs.

Machine Performance and Efficiency

NEUAR 3-Axis Twin-Head High-Speed EDM Machine equipped with HEIDENHAIN linear scale to ensure long-term machining accuracy within 5 μm. The upgraded AE II discharge system incorporates advanced high-speed motion control algorithms to enhance debris removal and maintain a stable discharge gap. The Z-axis jump speed reaches 14 m/min, reducing machining time without spindle drop over long use.

This series also built in 3rd generation intelligent EXPERT SYSTEM, which includes a database of over 1,000 machining parameters for various materials and workpiece shapes, enabling easy one-key operation. Users simply input the target depth, electrode undersize, and target roughness, and the system automatically generates the machining program, eliminating the need for complex setup. Even beginners can quickly create sophisticated machining programs, saving setup time.

  • Super Harden Material Circuit (Carbide): Achieves high-speed machining with minimal electrode wear, delivering precise, sharp angles and a surface roughness up to 0.22μm/ VDI 7 on carbide. Ensures consistent performance with both copper and copper-tungsten electrodes.
  • High-Speed Finishing Circuit: Optimized EDM conditions reduce finishing time while achieving finer surfaces on larger areas.
  • Large-Area Finishing Circuit: Uniform surface roughness with no carbon residue or black spots. The flatness reaches within 5μm.
  • Graphite Machining Circuit: Faster machining with lower wear, making graphite electrodes easier to shape and process.
