Machine Performance and Efficiency

The NEUAR ZNC High-Speed EDM Machine is equipped with high-speed servo jumping technology, achieving Z-axis speeds up to 14 m/min for faster debris removal and enhanced discharge stability. A built-in discharge monitoring system automatically adjusts parameters in real time, ensuring consistent machining performance.

Standard with a German HEIDENHAIN optical scale, delivering machining accuracy up to 5 μm. With support for 14 machining segments and 60 coordinate systems, it handles complex jobs with ease.
